  • Payment Terms

    For all wholesale accounts, payment is due in full upon placement of order. We do not offer net terms at this time. We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex) and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount upon ordering.

    All orders canceled after production has begun (typically within one to two days) will incur a cancellation fee of 20% or $99 (whichever is less). Because we are unable to recover the credit card fees that we incur from our credit card merchant account, orders that are canceled after the credit card charges have cleared (midnight on the same day the order was placed) will be refunded less 2.70% of the total charge.
  • Consignment

    Does not accept consignment orders.

 

Shipping

  • Shipping Method

    All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS for larger orders. Please contact us if you have a preference for a particular shipping method.
  • Drop Shipping

    Does not offer drop shipping.
  • Shipping Cost

    Shipping is automatically calculated by weight/size, and actual shipping charges will be added to your total. If we discover upon shipment that we can ship your order for less, you will be credited the difference.
  • Estimated Production Time

    Since most items are produced when ordered, delivery time varies depending on the size of your order. Orders $600 and under will ship in one to two weeks. Orders $600 and over will ship in two to three weeks. If we have everything is stock we will ship sooner.
  • Product Customization

    Accepts customization requests.
  • Returns, Damages, and Repairs

    All sales are final. No “buy backs” or returns are available at this time. If an item/s arrives defective we will replace the item/s.
